Ahab Davis

The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadth me beside still waters. Psalms 23:1-2

Ahab Davis Jr. was born in Marion, South Carolina on February 1,1957. He departed this life on June 14,2023 after a brief illness.

AJ was one of four children born to the late Ahab and Lethia Thomas Davis Sr. He was educated in the Marion County School System. He graduated from Marion High School in 1975. He worked at Russell Stover Candies for a while. He decided to leave Marion County and move to Boston, Mass. After living there for a time he moved to Salem, Mass.  where he lived until his passing.

He worked at Hancom Air Force Base for 20 years. He was affiliated with the St. Timothy Missionary Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish loving memories his sisters: Esther L Davis, Miriom (Thurmon) Taylor, Mae Thelma Rowell all of Marion, SC Brothers: Johnathan Jones. Special niece: Bernadette Rowell other nieces: Anee (Evan) Dixon, Molasia, Danosia, Omaria, Mariah, Gabrielle. Nephews: Nathaniel (Stacy)Rowell Jr, Thurman Jr., Tyrell, Jeremiah. Grandnieces: La'Raysia, Mackenzie. A special friend of Salem Mass: Mr. Mike Greene. A host of family and friends
