Fannie Lee Charles

Fannie Lee Charles was born February 25,1950 in Marion, SC. Frannie was educated in the public schools of Marion County and worked at Heritage Sportswear for 25 years and Springmaid for 8 years until her retirement. She was a loving and devoting mother to everyone and was always there for anyone who needed some encouraging words. Her wisdom and knowledge spoke for itself, and she always showed kindness to all. She was preceded in death by her parents, Seymore and Juanita Charles, her son Johnathan Charles, brothers: Johnny Charles Jr. and Isaac Charles, sisters: Joann Charles, Gurlena Charles and Patricia Charles. Those left to cherish her memories forever are her three loving children: sons Bryan(Mary)Charles and Lashon Charles of Marion, SC,: daughter Shrecka(Brandon)Charles of Dillon, SC; two brothers: Curtis Charles of Marion, SC and Joseph Charles of Aynor, SC; four sisters: Brenda (Don)Covington, Eva(Clay)Glenn, and Isabelle(Ezzard) Huffman all of Marion, SC Janice (Billy)Thompson of Florence, SC. Nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a host of special nieces, nephews, family and friends, a very special friend Mr. Clyde Israel.
